Motive is proud to announce that its Director of Operations, Shauna Son, has won a Women Helping Women Gold Award in the Annual 2018 Women World Awards for her contributions to supporting women in the workplace.
Shauna has played an integral role in the growth and development of Motive’s team, leading the operations division and account management team, where she oversees the launch and optimization of all user acquisition campaigns. As one of the first members of Motive’s founding team, Shauna has worked in digital marketing for 12 years and held almost every role at Motive throughout its development. In fact, at one point, Shauna donned three different job titles at Motive! She has always viewed Motive and its team as a family and enjoys her role acting as an advocate and mentor for new members of its family of employees.
Shauna is particularly passionate about mentoring other women who are interested in the mobile advertising industry and has dedicated extra time and resources to mentoring the female members of her team to exude confidence and strength in the face of a traditionally male-dominated industry.
Women World Awards are an annual industry and peer recognition program honoring women in business and the professions and organizations of all types and sizes in North America, Europe, Middle-East, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Latin-America. More than 80 judges from a broad spectrum of industry voices from around the world participated and their average scores determined the 2018 award winners.
